By booking on RentalCar.al, you agree to the following:

🚗 You’re Booking Directly with the Car Owner
RentalCar.al is a platform that connects you with car owners. The rental contract is between you and the owner, not us.

💳 Guarantee Deposit
Some bookings require a small refundable Guarantee, held by us until pickup. If you cancel on time, it’s refunded. If you don’t show up, the owner may keep it.

🕑 Cancellations
Refunds depend on the owner’s cancellation policy. Cancel early to get your money back.

📸 Check the Car at Pickup
Always inspect the car and take photos at pickup and return. This helps avoid disputes.

🛡️ Insurance
Insurance is provided by the owner. Basic coverage is always included. You can ask for extra coverage before booking.

💵 Payments
The full rental amount is usually paid directly to the owner when you pick up the car. Check your booking for details.

⚠️ Responsibility
You are responsible for driving safely and returning the car on time and in good condition. Make sure your license is valid in Albania.

Are the vehicles insured?

Yes, all our vehicles have mandatory Limited Insurance (Third Party Protection – Breakdown Assistance).
If you have an accident, you will have to pay a non-refundable excess of up to € 3,000.
Also, you can subscibe Premium Insurance – Provides superior cover, if you have an accident you will be refunded your excess.

Methods of payment for the car rental services?

You can pay by credit card or cash on arrival, Paypal and by bank transfer.

How do I rent a car?

You can rent a car by simply clicking on the home button in the menu or contact us by online chat. If you choose to reserve a car online, we will contact you to confirm your reservation.

Changing the car after the reservation?

Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your reservation of a car after approving it, please call +355 697 997 299 or reach us by contacts provided in the Contacts page.

Can I take the car from and where should I return it?

You can take the car from all locations which are listed in our website. If you have reserved a car for more than three days, we can deliver the car to the location of your choice.

What should I do, if the car breaks down?

Do you deliver cars to our location?

Yes, we will deliver you the car to the location of your choice for free.
