To rent a vehicle, the renter must meet the following requirements and present valid documents at pickup:
Required Documents
- A valid driver’s license held for at least 1 year
- A valid passport or national ID card
- A booking confirmation or reservation voucher

What about Deposit Guarantee?

Payment Methods
The deposit may be paid in cash or by credit/debit card.
Refund Process

How can I pay and Rental Payment Policy?
Rental payment is divided into two parts:
- 10% of the amount is paid at the time of reservation to confirm the booking
- 90% remaining balance is paid when you pick up the vehicle

How do I book a car?
All bookings are made online to guarantee availability and prevent overbooking. You can make a fast and secure reservation through our website in just a few simple steps:

3️⃣ Add insurance and extras if needed
4️⃣ Enter driver details and confirm your booking
5️⃣ Pay 10% online to secure your reservation (remaining balance is paid at pickup)

Can I change my vehicle after booking?
Oui, you can request to change your vehicle after making a reservation. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and any price differences depending on the new car category. Please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Can I return the car to a different location?
Oui, you can return the car to a different location. During the reservation process, any applicable one-way drop-off fee will be clearly shown when you select a different return location from the pickup point.
What happens if the car breaks down?
If the vehicle breaks down, please contact our support team immediately using the emergency number provided in your rental documents. Our team will assist you and arrange roadside assistance or a replacement vehicle if necessary. Please do not attempt to repair the vehicle yourself.

Do you deliver vehicles to my location?
Oui, we offer vehicle delivery services to selected locations for your convenience. Simply provide your preferred delivery address during booking or contact our team, and we will arrange the delivery details for you. Additional fees may apply depending on the location.

Are child seats available for rental?
Oui, child seats are available. During the reservation process, you can select a child seat in Step 3 (Suppléments) to ensure the safety and comfort of your family during your travels.
What are your operating hours?
Our customer support is available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
At Tirana Airport, some of our partners operate 24/7, allowing pickups and returns at any time.
Is there a mileage limit on rentals?
Non, most of our rentals include unlimited mileage, allowing you to travel freely. You can always check the specific mileage policy in the vehicle details during the booking process.
Do you provide transfers from the airport?
Oui, we provide airport transfer services with a premium Meet & Greet experience. Your driver will be waiting for you upon arrival, holding a sign with your name for easy recognition.

What is cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with a full refund applies under the following conditions:

Reservation Modifications

What is the rental period calculation and minimum rental period?
Minimum Rental Period
A minimum rental period of 3 journées applies during Juillet, août, December, and January.
Non-Eligible Bookings
Bookings that do not meet the minimum rental period requirement may be subject to cancellation.
- All rental prices are displayed in euro (€).
